Job Summary

An early education childcare marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Territory Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving customer renewals of the company platform
  • Creating a scalable framework for onboarding, supporting, growing, and renewing our partners across the country
  • Developing new content to educate and support customers as the product and landscape evolves

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 4+ years of experience in customer success, sales or client-facing roles within a rapidly growing software company
  • Experience with the markets in India, New Mexico, Oregon and North Carolina
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with the following responsibilities
  • Empathy and patience for interactions with customers who may not be accustomed to implementing technology tools
