Job Summary

An insurance company is seeking a Telecommute Territory Surety Underwriter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Underwriting and managing existing bond account portfolio
  • Strengthening overall insurance industry knowledge
  • Producing new business opportunities and building deep partnerships

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must be able to travel
  • 8+ years related Contract/Commercial Surety experience
  • Command of fundamental and advanced underwriting concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Track record of consistently demonstrating high performance across all responsibilities
  • Strong established agency partnerships and agency management skills
  • Strong sales and marketing focus
