Job Summary
A global marketing agency has an open position for a Telecommute Testing and Optimization Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the requirement analysis and creation of optimization engagements from test design, through execution and analysis
- Leading Client discovery and alignment meetings made up of complex, cross functional teams
- Making recommendations for optimizing the performance of marketing campaigns
Qualifications for this position include:
- Up to 35% travel required
- BA or BS in a quantitative or related field
- 7+ years in content, ad and conversion optimization. A/B and multivariate testing
- 5+ years marketing analytics, e-marketing, web design, or user experience design
- 1 - 2 years experience in an analytical or consulting services role, with an emphasis on interpreting quantitative and qualitative data
- Highly skilled in optimization & analytic software packages such as Adobe/Omniture, Maximiser or SiteSpect
