A company that provides a virtual desktop and cloud based solution needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Tier 1 IT Tech Support Specialist in Las Vegas.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Providing superior support to the end-user experience
- Serving as the entry level support for our help-desk
- Addressing high-volume, simpler issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Remote-work position for the foreseeable future
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of IT, Help Desk and/or MSP experience
- Excellent inter-personal skills
- Experience providing high quality customer desktop support for desktop applications
- Experience providing phone support
