Job Summary

A software company is filling a position for a Telecommute Tier 1 Product Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing outstanding customer service to clients and ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
  • Reporting feedback and feature requests to product team
  • Documenting all customer issues and report when necessary
