Job Summary

An IT Services firm needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Top Secret Clearance Tier 2 Help Desk Associate in Bluemont.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing Tier 2 service desk support for the client's employees and customers
  • Using shifts that can vary and with staff being adjusted to meet requirements
  • Forwarding unresolved tickets to the appropriate functional group for resolution

Required Skills:

  • Requires a High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • Typically requires 3 years relevant experience without a Degree or Undergraduate Degree and at least 1/2 year relevant experience
  • 1+ years of experience with proficiency supporting Microsoft Windows 7
  • 1+ years of experience providing over the phone hardware & software troubleshooting
  • 1+ years of experience with Remedy Help Desk, or similar help desk system
  • All other requirements necessary for this position
