Job Summary

A cybersecurity solutions company has a current position open for a Telecommute Total Rewards Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and administer impactful global compensation and benefits strategies
  • Ensure compensation programs are in alignment with company strategies
  • Develop, lead, and execute employee health and wellness programs

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years managing Compensation and Benefits including 2 years of global experience
  • Current knowledge of federal, state, regional regulations
  • Collaborative team player and ability to work effectively in a global team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of employee health and wellness programs including processes and procedures
  • Strong Excel skills
