Job Summary

A defense and aerospace company is seeking a Telecommute Total Rewards Senior Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with the HR team to drive and execute strategic compensation decision
  • Managing project and support the annual salary and incentive planning processes
  • Overseeing and lead Global mobility efforts for the SAS segment

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of compensation HR analytics, finance OR
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
  • Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be able to effectively use Excel for reporting and data analysis
  • Experienced with Pivot Tables, V-lookups, If statements, and advanced formulas
  • Capable of handling confidential information with sensitivity
