Job Summary

A defense and aerospace company is seeking a Telecommute Total Rewards Senior Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Working closely with the HR team to drive and execute strategic compensation decision
Managing project and support the annual salary and incentive planning processes
Overseeing and lead Global mobility efforts for the SAS segment

Qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of compensation HR analytics, finance OR
Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Must be able to effectively use Excel for reporting and data analysis
Experienced with Pivot Tables, V-lookups, If statements, and advanced formulas
Capable of handling confidential information with sensitivity
