Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Telecommute Trainer Curriculum Developer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Engaging with customers on defining custom training needs
- Delivering technical training in classroom and virtual environments
- Designing and developing training curriculum and content for courses
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Up to 25% travel required for customer on-site training
- Minimum 3 years of instructional design and delivery in a technology capacity
- Ability to command a classroom consisting of students from large enterprise companies
- Must be a poised, confident and in-control communicator
- Experience delivering customer training sessions both on-site and remote
- Background in developing technical training for both classroom and virtual classroom delivery
