Job Summary

A private online marketplace for health insurance is filling a position for a Telecommute Trainer Producer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Setting-up and testing of Zoom virtual platform in preparation of virtual training
• Communicating training agenda and Zoom link to HR Operations prior to start date
• Reviewing content/make recommendations for delivery based on knowledge of platform features and capabilities

Qualifications Include:

• 2+ years’ experience executing and managing live virtual trainings for corporate call centers
• Hands on experience as a virtual host using Zoom
• Proficiency in navigating multiple virtual delivery platforms to manage content and interactive activities
• Ability to provide best practice guidance to users
• Ability to troubleshoot & resolve common issues and assist presenters & participants in working through technical challenges
• Effective project management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure
