Job Summary

An enterprise products and services company has a current position open for a Telecommute Training and Certification Backlog Specialist .

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Training backlog and ensure timely burn down
  • Analyze backlog usage and make recommendations on areas to scale or expand to meet customer need
  • Collaborate with Finance to accurately measure and report on backlog status

Required Skills:

  • Be results-oriented and have demonstrated success in current and past roles
  • Be a fast learner and technology savvy
  • Have solid presentation skills via web based tools
  • Have experience with data entry, entering data quickly and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
