Job Summary

A travel agency is in need of a Telecommute Travel Customer Care Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Mentor and coach members to help them resolve their inquiries
  • Work through problem resolution with follow up
  • Track issues to identify trends and providing feedback

Qualifications Include:

  • Possible travel to events, including weekends
  • 2 years travel industry experience, or at least 2 years in a travel agency environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Strong technical skills, proficient in MS Office
  • Have a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
