A customer growth company has a current position open for a Telecommute UCCE Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing call routing, scripting and configuration of Enterprise applications
  • Working with design and architecture leads, project management team, developers and testers

Qualifications Include:

  • 4 years Cisco UCCE software
  • Enterprise development and deployment, including scripting, configuration and call routing
  • IP-IVR integration deployment CVP
  • AVP application deployment experience
  • Experience with voice gateways or H.323, SIP or MGCP protocol
