Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Telecommute UM Administration Coordinator 2.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Handling customer inquiries both telephonically and by fax
  • Taking inbound calls to engage members and/or providers to verify clinical information
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures

Position Requirements Include:

  • Must have accessibility to high speed DSL or Cable modem for a home office
  • Must be able to type while taking calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to multitask within several computer systems while on the phone
  • High School Diploma
