Job Summary
A professional information services company is filling a position for a Telecommute User Experience Research Design Associate Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide consulting services that help solve the most difficult problems our markets face
- Illustrate the business impact these solved problems had on their markets
- employ proven quantitative and qualitative customer research techniques
Qualifications Include:
- In-person and remote usability testing, site visits, etc.
- 10-15 years of industry experience conducting effective user research
- Experience hiring and managing other UX research professionals
- Master's in Human-Centered Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or similar
- Exceptional behavioral data-collection and analysis skills
- A love for diving into complex user research problems
