Job Summary
A creator of human resources software is in need of a Telecommute User Research Recruiting Coordinator.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting the recruitment needs for research studies
- Recruiting participants in a timely manner without sacrificing quality
- Screening and scheduling participants for studies
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimal travel
- 2+ years experience as a research coordinator, research assistant, business administrator, or recruiter
- Basic knowledge of UX and research methodologies or a desire to learn
- Experience using spreadsheets (such as Excel and Google Sheets) for data organization
- Able to lead programs independently and keep the team updated on progress
