Job Summary

A software and consulting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Utilities Customer Engagement Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Selling software offerings in the Southeast and mid-Atlantic regions to utility customers
  • Establishing new accounts and expanding relationship/revenue footprint within existing accounts
  • Developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel nationwide approximately 50% of the time
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 5-10 years of sales experience in solution selling to the utility industry
  • Utility market knowledge
  • Successful in closing large enterprise deals with proven sales track record
  • Excellent negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers
