Job Summary

A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute Utility Scale Solar Project Development Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Focus on utility-scale solar project development for the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic parts of the United States
• Develop their solar project portfolio across the United States through identification of suitable sites, zoning, permitting and negotiating transactional documents
• Focus on leading development through forging relationships with landowners, community leaders, utilities and environmental organizations

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Must have at least 5 years' of Project Development experience
• Must have experience with utility-scale solar project development (50MW+)
• Bachelor's degree required
• Greenfield development and origination experience needed
• General understanding of land lease/purchase agreement and negotiation skills
