Job Summary

A company that provides a learning platform for architects is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute UX Design Head in New York City.

Must be able to:

• Establish and enforce visual & UX design direction for the software product
• Build, manage and coach a new design team, from the ground up, of visual designers and UX designers
• Develop design processes and systems to be used across all variations of software products

Position Requirements Include:

• Able to travel to Chicago for quarterly team meetings
• Bachelor's Degree in Interface Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design or related field
• 4 years of professional experience in UX design, UI design, information architect or similar role
• 7+ years of experience in a Graphic Design or Visual Design role, either in-house or agency
• Mastery of the Adobe Creative Suite—specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop or like experience
• Experience working with HTML/CSS
