Job Summary

A translating company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Video Remote Interpreter.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Provide effective and accurate video remote interpretation between English and the Spoken Language
• Maintain the appropriate tone of voice, register and observe cultural nuances
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and courteous manner

Qualifications Include:

• Fluent in English and the Spoken Language
• Completion of a healthcare interpretation program or at least 2 years of medical interpretation experience
• Strong knowledge of professional Code of Ethics along with HIPAA Compliance
• Ability to work under pressure in real time
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
