An information technology company that offers integrated technology solutions for healthcare needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Virtual Trials Customer Support Head in Durham.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading Global Customer & Product Support teams for Virtual Trials (VT) platforms
- Managing end-to-end (L1-L3) support for VT suite of products
- Partner with Product and Engineering Leads to ensure customer issues are being prioritized and there is a support strategy in place, ensuring streamlined release for our customers
Required Skills:
- Ability to travel domestic and internationally; up to 30%
- Bachelor’s degree and 15 plus years’ proven experience in application management/IT Operations in pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
- Experience with application support, customer support, product support and support strategies in an enterprise environment
- Demonstrated effective leadership and communication skills
- Strong commitment to delivering a positive experience for multi-stakeholders and driving operational efficiencies
- Abillity to support Product Roadmap process by highlighting essential functionality needs across customer base
