A staffing agency has a current position open for a Telecommute VMWare Technology Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Maintaining and improving the technical environment for work at home solutions
- Ensuring that the work at home platform is technically ready to support both client and internal requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 6+ years in Call Center IT management and deployment experience
- Expertise in Virtualization technologies
- Expertise in desktop/laptop management and data governance
- Recent / current experience in analyzing and making recommendations for virtual technology solutions
- Strong leadership skills, passion for quality, demonstrates ownership and accountability to achieve deadlines and targets
