Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Volunteer Services Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in planning and implementing projects and processes
- Developing protocols for tracking and maintaining required information
- Creating and maintaining reports to support the group activities and operations
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
- High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of applicable administrative experience
- Proficiency in technology tools including Microsoft Office, data management software, etc
- Ability to manage complex processes that involve multiple stakeholders and data points
- Exemplary customer care skills and approach to workflow
- Ability and skills to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
