Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Volunteer Services Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Assisting in planning and implementing projects and processes
  • Developing protocols for tracking and maintaining required information
  • Creating and maintaining reports to support the group activities and operations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
  • High School diploma and a minimum of three (3) years of applicable administrative experience
  • Proficiency in technology tools including Microsoft Office, data management software, etc
  • Ability to manage complex processes that involve multiple stakeholders and data points
  • Exemplary customer care skills and approach to workflow
  • Ability and skills to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and colleagues
