Job Summary

A software technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Web Marketing Customer Support Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Helping customers via email, chat and the telephone
  • Writing support documentation to help users help themselves
  • Working with the product team to build tools

Qualifications Include:

  • Familiarity with running PPC campaigns
  • Previous experience in a marketing role or capacity
