Job Summary
A company focused on improving human resource processes needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workday Senior Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying and analyzing business needs and requirements
- Creating and developing functional designs and specifications
- Analyzing gaps and completing fit gap documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- B.A. in CIS or HR with 1-2 years of experience or 3–5 years of relevant work experience required
- Become Workday certified in either Human Capital Management (HCM) Core or Financials Core and Practical
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Possess a foundation knowledge of IT design principles, practices, and theory
- Working knowledge of one of the following business areas: human resources, benefits, payroll or finance
- Experience working with an enterprise software company
