Job Summary

A data management company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workflow Coordinator in Phoenix.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Schedule appointments for setup and install of computer hardware
  • Use a variety of tools including outlook calendars, technician schedules in SharePoint and Service Now tickets
  • Communicate with customers and coordinate a time for their service to be completed

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 1+ year experience in customer service role
  • Some technical skills: Excel
  • Knowledge of Ticketing tools (Web based)
