Job Summary

A healthcare insurance company is in need of a Telecommute Workforce Administrator.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Monitor and measure site volumes and performance of site operations to ensure productivity
  • Utilize software, research and analyze historic records of volume, workload and performance
  • Prepare and maintain site operations reporting

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
  • 6 months workforce management experience in a contact center or back office environment
  • 6 months analytical experience with forecasting, planning, or identifying trends
  • Able to make recommendations in a production and/or customer support environment
  • 2 years of work experience in a contact center
