Job Summary
A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Workforce Development Training Director.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Serving as a working manager for a small but growing team; overseeing day to day operations
- Building and owning annual planning cycles including budgeting and OKR accountabilities
- Coaching and supporting the development of team members
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel to attend coalitions, conferences and key events
- 5+ years' experience in a similar role
- Significant experience leading development of digital learning experiences
- Deep understand of current trends in the edtech space
