Job Summary

A non-profit organization is seeking a Telecommute Workforce Development Training Director.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a working manager for a small but growing team; overseeing day to day operations
  • Building and owning annual planning cycles including budgeting and OKR accountabilities
  • Coaching and supporting the development of team members

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel to attend coalitions, conferences and key events
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Significant experience leading development of digital learning experiences
  • Deep understand of current trends in the edtech space
