A healthcare company is in need of a Telecommute Workforce Management Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing overall strategy, execution and growth of the Workforce Management/Real time Operations
  • Conducting real-time monitoring and make decisions on management of specialist service queues and agent efficiency
  • Delivering reporting needs of the Member Engagement department

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or experience
  • Call center experience
  • Operations experience
  • Familiar with processes and systems
