Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workforce Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Overseeing relationship between WFM and Operations Delivery
  • Interfacing with external client regarding WFM performance
  • Assuring Quality Control

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • OR Five(5+) years of experience and a high school diploma/GED will be considered in lieu of degree
  • A minimum of two (2+) WFM leadership experience
  • A minimum of five (5+) years WFM Experience (Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
