Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommute Workforce Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Overseeing relationship between WFM and Operations Delivery
- Interfacing with external client regarding WFM performance
- Assuring Quality Control
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree
- OR Five(5+) years of experience and a high school diploma/GED will be considered in lieu of degree
- A minimum of two (2+) WFM leadership experience
- A minimum of five (5+) years WFM Experience (Forecasting, Scheduling, Capacity Planning)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
