Job Summary

A software development firm has an open position for a Telecommute Workforce Optimization and Planning Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Analyze global staffing demand from services stakeholders to forecast staffing needs across the organization
  • Analyze and manage the utilization of the consulting staff to maximize consulting revenue
  • Drive utilization and achievement of utilization targets for consultancy teams

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel up to 10%, with potential for international travel
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing staff in a professional services organization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Able to demonstrate a passion for developing people and teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated results with negotiation and conflict resolution
