Job Summary

A health insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Reporting Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Serving as a point of contact and interface for call center's data analysis and reports
  • Providing training to call center management and staff in the use and interpretation of WFM data
  • Providing regular and on-demand reports to management regarding call center workforce performance

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or Mathematics
  • 1 or more years of experience working with Workforce Management software systems
  • Preferred experience with SQL reporting
