Job Summary

A staffing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommute Workforce Solutions Operational Compliance Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing risk assessment for operational non-compliance issues
  • Advising on legislation, contracts, and compliance where relevant
  • Managing or approving the development of non-standard contract language and SCM processes

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Participating in supplier events and relevant networking
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant work experience
  • 3+ years professional experience within law, contract management, supply chain management or procurement
  • Extensive contract drafting experience and knowledge of legislation/practices relevant to supply chain management
  • Must have ability to learn, use and leverage appropriate IT tools and systems
