Job Summary

A cybersecurity company is in need of a Telecommute Zendesk Administrator.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as the Zendesk subject matter expert.
  • Creating and train new Zendesk users
  • Creating dashboards and other informational tools for management

Qualifications Include:

  • 2+ years of Zendesk experience as a power user, developer, or administrator
  • Prior experience or knowledge using SFDC
  • Previous experience supporting Zendesk in a call center or help desk environment
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk channels
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption
