Job Summary
A client improvement services provider is in need of a TelecommutePart-time Phone Interviewer in Phoenix.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting a variety of phone interviews like employee exit, new hires and customer feedback interviews
- Typing what you hear in the conversation at a rate of 65+ wpm and navigating the dialog to capture insights
- Staying professional in a wide variety of outbound calling situations with business people
Qualifications for this position include:
- You have plenty of experience on the phone making outbound calls
- You know Human Resources and/or Customer Service inside and out
