Job Summary
A leading provider of high-quality, highly accountable online education solutions needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting 2017 to 2018 Special Education Teacher.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Using the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools
- Managing instructional programs for students with special needs
- Developing, writing and helping implement IEPs and 504 plans
Required Skills:
- Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing and state testing events (may require occasional overnight travel)
- Valid Special Education credential in Minnesota
- Degree in Special Education or related Education Field
- Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office products)
- Experience in policy (IDEA) and/or administration with Special Education
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
