Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Documenting all actions in tickets including customer contacts and resolution
- Handling all inbound calls, email and chat
- Maintaining patient confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in the field or related area
