Job Summary
A travel company has a current position open for a Telecommuting After Hours Associate Manager in Tampa.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing a team of agents who book worldwide travel
- Working directly with the Manager on day to day operations
- Overseeing all itineraries, verifying reservations for appropriate QC and reviewing travel authorizations
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5 years of experience as an Agent
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to consistently deliver excellent customer service, internally and externally
- Full working knowledge and proficiency in Fly America, Open Skies, and Federal Travel Regulation
- Strong international background both geographical and rate structures
