Job Summary

A company that provides animal vaccines is seeking a Telecommuting Animal Pharmaceuticals Customer Excellence Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading a cross-functional governance program to ensure end-to-end accountability for driving results
  • Managing ROI of the program
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to ensure prioritization and strong communication loops

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Must be able to meet with agencies, consultants, experts and thought leaders
  • 10+ years' experience in customer experience strategy, customer research, design-thinking, lean start-up, program management, change management, measurement & analytics, and matrixed stakeholder management
  • Experience with lean start-up, design thinking and agile development methodologies
  • Deep understanding of CX strategies, trends, and solutions/ platforms in B2B and B2C settings
  • Ability to simultaneously manage and provide leadership on numerous projects
  • Agility, adaptability, problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills
