A technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Associate Legal Counsel.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial and corporate agreements
• Creating new agreement templates
• Providing front-line support to our Sales organization

Qualifications Include:

• Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
• Experience providing legal support to marketing teams
• Experience with large-company procurement and compliance standards
• Experience supporting diverse and distributed business teams
• Experience supporting partnership and business development deals
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one jurisdiction
