Job Summary

An online baby store has a current position open for a Telecommuting Baby Registry Consultant.

Must be able to:

  • Answer customer support requests
  • Build strong, positive relationships in a single call or email
  • Provide support regarding baby gear on phone calls

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Live in the United States and are a resident of California, Texas, Minnesota, New York, or South Carolina
  • Be comfortable with and excited about working with expectant parents (and their friends and family)
  • Excited about working weekends
  • Are very compassionate and empathetic
  • Have private office - isn't compatible for a parent working from home and watching kids at the same time
