A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Banking Communications Specialist 3.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Understand and champion the end user experience as a stakeholder in key technology projects
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement for the end user experience
  • Maintain currency of the catalog of technology service content

Required Skills:

  • Should be able to commute to RI
  • 4-6 years of communications or knowledge management experience
  • Knowledge and application of Project or Change Management methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of banking products technology organizations and relevant terminology
  • Intermediate skills with graphic design including WYSI\NYG editors, infographics, or similar creative visual media development tools
