A company that provides health services is filling a position for a Telecommuting Benefit Advocate.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Answering incoming calls, e-mails, on-line chats and secure instant messages
- Responding to benefit inquiries (e.g. medical, dental, life, STD, LTD)
- Connect members with healthcare and wellness resources
Position Requirements Include:
- Associates Degree; minimum of 2 years of medical clerical experience or similar; or equivalent education/experience
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work demands in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, data entry and electronic mail applications.
- Ability to adapt communication style to diverse personal, professional, cultural, and socio-economic backgrounds
