Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Benefits and Compensation Analyst in Seattle.

Must be able to:

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring and training to develop and encourage employee performance
  • Develop and analyze key performance metrics and make recommendations
  • Filing, tracking and data entry of benefits related information

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing or facilitating work efforts related to the HR or compensation field required
  • Bachelor's degree in business or human resources or equivalent work or educational experience required
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation program administration or management required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience collaborating on the compensation connectivity with Human Resources Information Systems required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including the ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
  • Knowledge of state and federal laws that apply to compensation plans
