Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting customers' day-to-day support requests
  • Thoroughly documenting potential defects for troubleshooting
  • Monitoring platform performance and triage customer-reported problems

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Experience with desktop and mobile operating systems
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week and be on-call for select weekends
  • Proficient spoken and written communication skills in both American English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, Swedish, or Japanese
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of support experience in a technology environment
