A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Support Agent.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Supporting customers' day-to-day support requests
- Thoroughly documenting potential defects for troubleshooting
- Monitoring platform performance and triage customer-reported problems
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with desktop and mobile operating systems
- Availability to work 40 hours per week and be on-call for select weekends
- Proficient spoken and written communication skills in both American English and at least one of the following: Spanish, French, Swedish, or Japanese
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 1+ years of support experience in a technology environment
