Job Summary
A satellite service company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Polish English Customer Experience Representative in Denver.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Meeting or exceeding minimum performance standards including upselling
- Accepting payments by a variety of methods and offer self-serve payment solutions
- Supporting Tier 1 technical support and customer service phone support for external customers
Qualifications for this position include:
- Training will be on-site and last 13-15 weeks- After the new hire period, a minimum of one on-site workday per quarter will be required
- Bilingual Polish / English
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 Mbps download Minimum 1 Mbps upload
- Internet provider that’s not fixed wireless or satellite Proficiently utilize Windows OS (XP, 7, 8, 10) and internet search engines
