Job Summary

A company that provides advice and solutions has a current position open for a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering inquiries from customers on retirement plan services
  • Explaining processes and procedures associated with multiple products and markets
  • Completing routine adjustments and corrections to client contracts

Qualifications Include:

  • High School diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience
  • 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a customer service environment
  • Full written and verbal bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
  • Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
  • Drives tasks to completion
