Job Summary
A company that provides advice and solutions has a current position open for a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering inquiries from customers on retirement plan services
- Explaining processes and procedures associated with multiple products and markets
- Completing routine adjustments and corrections to client contracts
Qualifications Include:
- High School diploma/GED or minimum Associate’s Degree in lieu of required experience
- 0-1 years of experience, preferably in a customer service environment
- Full written and verbal bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- A demonstrated track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding performance expectations
- Possesses a bias for action and avoids workplace distractions
- Drives tasks to completion
