Job Summary
An education company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish and English Education Coach in Chicago.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Leading professional learning around Amplify reading assessments
- Coaching teams of educators in analyzing data and using it to inform instruction
- Working with educators to set goals for groups of students based on assessment data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Onsite school visits with teachers
- At least 3 years of K-5 teaching experience
- Master’s Degree in Education or reading certification
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret district-, school-, and classroom-level data
- Fluency in Spanish in order to support Spanish reading assessment
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate professional development for adults
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
