Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish English CRM Implementation Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Developing specifications and functional designs for data conversions
  • Implementing web based systems for sales, marketing and customer support.
  • Working closely with clients and fellow team members to ensure that we deliver a high quality, functional system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to lead clients requirements discovery meetings and training sessions using conference calls and web meetings
  • Bilingual (Written Spoken) in Spanish and English
  • Experience in one or more web based CRM related tools such as SugarCRM,, MicrosoftCRM or SalesLogix
  • Experience with database design using tools such as MySQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle or Microsoft Access
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing business concepts
  • Strong understanding of current social communication and collaboration platforms
