Job Summary

A contact center is seeking a Telecommuting Bilingual Spanish English Customer Service Representative.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Speaking fluently in English and Spanish
  • Speaking on the phone, using a computer, and using logic to solve problems
  • Empathizing and being friendly with people you've never met

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must be able to provide awesome customer service on behalf of the big companies
  • Must own a personal Windows-based computer with monitor, speakers and anti-virus software
  • Must own a USB headset for online training and a telephone headset for taking live customer calls
  • Must have a subscription to high-speed, hard-wired Internet connection
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills
